Run by operators, not agencies

Fractional growth operations. We've run the systems we set up for you.

Senior operator on retainer for product companies doing $3M–$50M. We pick the right lean stack for your size, implement it properly, and run it ongoing — across B2B and E-Commerce.

The $3M–$50M Gap

Too big for spreadsheets.
Too small for full-time hires.

Mid-market product companies live in a gap that traditional vendors don't serve well. Tools change every month. Agencies push their preferred stack. The result is fragmentation — and invisible profit leaks.

Tool sprawl, no integration owner

You bought tools to solve last year’s fires. Nobody owns the connections. Five vendors, none talking to each other.

Too small for full-time hires

Heads of Growth, Ops, and Marketing assembled = $400K+ before bonuses. You can’t justify it. But you need the work done.

Agencies oversell. Freelancers under-deliver.

Agencies push enterprise stacks and optimize one channel. Freelancers do one task. Neither owns the system end-to-end.

We Work in Two Modes

Two practices.
One shared operating layer.

B2B founders click B2B. E-commerce founders click E-com. Right messaging, right buyer — backed by a foundation that works across both motions.

B2B Growth Operations

B2B sales-led companies

SaaS, manufacturers, industrial, professional services, B2B distributors. From cold prospecting to closed-won, run by an operator who’s done it before.

What we run

Prospecting & data (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay) · CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) · Outbound (Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach) · Paid + ABM (Google, LinkedIn, Demio) · Analytics & GA4, Attribution (GA4, Dreamdata)

Explore B2B practice
E-Commerce Growth Operations

DTC, marketplace & multi-channel

DTC brands, marketplace sellers, hybrid B2B/B2C, manufacturers going digital. From listings to fulfillment to margin — and core operations from listings to fulfillment to margin.

What we run

Marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay) · Inventory & fulfillment (Veeqo, ShipStation) · Pricing & Buy Box (Seller Snap, Seller Tools) · Listing & PIM (Salsify, Manage, Sellerly) · EDI & POs (TrueCommerce, Cleo)

The Shared Operating Layer

The foundation underneath
both practices.

Whether you’re B2B or E-com, the operating layer is the same: clean data, connected tools, real margin visibility, and automation that replaces manual work.

CRM & Sales Automation

B2B: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close. E-com: Klaviyo, Omnisend, Postscript. Custom properties, lead scoring, workflows, integrations.

Profit Intelligence

Margin waterfall analysis. Per-SKU per-channel margin. CAC payback, LTV. Marketplace fees, ad spend, shipping, returns — all the way to net.

Analytics & Tracking

GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, Conversion API. Dashboards in Power BI, Looker, Data Studio. Weekly automated reports, monthly executive reviews.

Agentic Workflows

n8n, Make, Zapier. Custom Claude-powered agents for pricing, support routing, lead enrichment, anomaly detection, autonomous reporting.

How We Work

Three phases. No surprises.

Audit

Map every tool, data flow, and manual process. Identify where you’re losing money and what to fix first.

Deliverables
Tool stack audit · Data flow map · Gap analysis · 90-day roadmap

Build

Implement the systems — B2B funnel, e-com setup, profit dashboards, automation, or any combination.

Deliverables
Working systems · Documented SOPs · Team training · Handoff docs
Phase 3

The Track Record

We’ve sat in the chair.
We know what breaks.

Real systems we’ve built and operated — directly mapping to the two practices.

B2B Build

Built a B2B stack from zero.

Apollo + Smartlead + HubSpot + LinkedIn outbound. Full attribution stitched together. Total tool spend held under $300/month while delivering enterprise-grade pipeline.

E-Com Run

Multi-channel ops that scale.

Veeqo for inventory sync across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify. Edesk for unified customer service. Buy Box automation, marketplace listings, pricing strategy.

Who We Work With

Three operators we know well.

Different stages, same pattern: revenue is growing faster than the systems supporting it.

$3M–$10M

The Scaling Founder

Built everything yourself. Drowning in operations. Know you need help but worried about hiring senior talent or paying agency retainers.

Pain
Inventory sync failures, no real ad ROI, manual everything, no per-SKU profit visibility, no time to evaluate tools.
$10M–$30M

The Operations Director

Has budget authority. Frustrated with vendor fragmentation. Tired of being oversold enterprise tools that solve one problem at a time.

Pain
5 vendors who don’t talk to each other, dashboards that lie, no per-SKU profit visibility.
Manufacturing + Digital

The Manufacturing Exec

VP/Director adding e-commerce to traditional B2B sales. Has product and supply chain expertise but no digital playbook.

Pain
EDI compliance, channel conflict, no marketplace strategy, distributor pushback.
Common Questions

Questions, answered.

What size companies do you work with?
Product companies between $3M and $50M in annual revenue. SKUs from 200 to 2,000+. 3 to 15+ sales channels. That’s the band where the stack is complex enough to need real ops work, but the team is still small enough to actually ship change.
How is this different from an agency?
Agencies optimize one channel. We own the system end-to-end. We pick the tools, connect them, build the dashboards, and run the stack. You get an operator who sits in your Slack, not a project manager who sends weekly reports.
Are you tool-agnostic? Or do you push a stack?
Tool-agnostic. We use what makes sense for your size and budget. If you already have a CRM that works, we build on it. If your current tools are the problem, we’ll tell you — but we don’t earn referral fees or push partners.
What does an engagement look like?
Every engagement starts with a fixed-scope, fixed-fee 2-week Audit. If the Audit surfaces enough value, we move to Build (6–12 weeks) and then Run (ongoing retainer). No long-term commitments upfront. We earn the right to keep going.
Do you cover both B2B and E-commerce?
Yes. Two practices, one shared operating layer. The data, analytics, and profit intelligence underneath are the same — the go-to-market motion on top is different. Many of our clients are hybrid (B2B manufacturer adding a DTC channel, for example).
Why don’t you publish pricing?
Because scope varies dramatically. A $4M DTC brand with 3 channels needs different work than a $30M manufacturer adding B2B outbound. The Audit is fixed-fee; after that, we scope Build and Run based on what the Audit finds.
